Launching a New Digital Platform for BW Research

A new WordPress-powered research platform for BW Research, designed to organize complex data, improve discoverability, and make workforce and economic insights easier to explore.

BW Research produces data-driven insights that shape workforce development, energy policy, and economic strategy across the country. As their research library continued to grow, so did the need for a digital platform that could better organize, present, and scale that work.

We partnered with BW Research to design and build a new website that brings structure and clarity to a complex body of research all while making it easier for policymakers, partners, and the public to explore and engage with their findings.

The new platform organizes reports across key topics and industries, turning what was once a static archive into a more flexible, navigable system. Users can move between related research, quickly access key insights, and better understand the broader context behind each study.

Behind the scenes, the site is powered by a modular WordPress framework, Amplify, that allows BW’s team to publish new work efficiently while maintaining consistency across reports. It’s a system designed to support ongoing research without adding unnecessary complexity.

The result is a digital platform that reflects the clarity and rigor of BW Research’s work—while creating a stronger foundation for future growth.
