This release of Amplify Events fixes a handful of small bugs related to sorting and filtering event posts. The default sort behavior — newest to oldest or oldest to newest — was not working due to recent changes to the WordPress query block, and has now been corrected. Additionally, the show-only-future and show-only-past-events filters, which broke for the same reason, have also been fixed.
This release of Amplify Blocks introduces a new Tooltip format for Rich Text blocks, allowing editors to add inline contextual information on hover or focus. Tooltips are ideal for clarifying terminology, acronyms, or references without interrupting the reading experience.
This release of Amplify Support introduces a new custom plugin that lets users explore Amplify’s documentation directly from the WordPress block editor panel, making it easier to find guidance and references without leaving the editing experience.
This release of Storytelling introduces a new Map block (currently in beta) that allows users to add interactive hotspots to an SVG image. When a region is clicked, additional blocks can be dynamically loaded, enabling richer, more immersive storytelling experiences. While still in testing, we’re excited to collaborate with clients who have strong use cases and are interested in adding this feature to their site.
This release of the Amplify Theme includes updates to the theme’s overall structure and utility classes, making it easier to create flexible, custom designs. It also introduces new block dependencies to support future site development, helping ensure a more scalable and maintainable foundation moving forward.
